Group Fitness Class Schedule
TABATA: Is a 20/10 interval circuit training class that will keep you moving and motivated.
We include weight training with this class.
HARD CORE: Is a total core conditioning class that will strengthen your back and abs.
KickFit: Is a kickboxing class mixed with weight training and core work. It will make you feel M-Powered!
Classes are $15 each
Punch cards $45 for 4 classes (must be used by the end of the month)
SPECIALTY CLASS UPON REQUEST: BARRE ABOVE:
Is a ballet based conditioning class, that is infused with Pilates, core work, balance and strength.
